Tom and Lizzie's day moved in chapters: a quiet room, a cloudy waterfront, and a tent full of people who came ready to celebrate.
The morning held its own kind of stillness — a white robe by the window, a kiss from Lizzie's father, and a veil lifted into place. Then the day opened outward. Clear umbrellas gathered the wedding party along the water, blue bouquets echoed the cool sky, and the city appeared softly across the river. Back at the reception, the story became communal: candlelight on the tables, family leaning into the frame, a dance with Mom, cake shared between two people, and sparklers raised around the newlyweds. Nothing needed a venue name to make the setting memorable; the people, the weather, and the sequence did that work.
